Of course, SSD.
Terri-Lynne is tremendous!
She was at Berklee, while I
was there. I was worried
about her but should not
have been. She turned out
perfectly.

I guess it's not at all that bad. Besides his amazing drumming he's not all that bad to look at .
I'm glad you like girls pete. There should be more female drummers on this board. Does anyone like Terri Lynn??
Of course, SSD.

TLC kix complete axe. Been listening to her since discovering her on Arsenio. There's a track on Patitucci's Sketchbook called "'Trane" where she smokes it.
As I've said before, another really good woman drummer [there's many out there] besides the obvious [like Sheila E, who is, incidentally, still "hot" ], is Sherri Maricle of the contemporary all-femme jazz/big band, Diva [don't know if they're still together].
Check it - she's on here, under the M's, duh...

Isn't that the album with that Reggae track in front that Vinnie KILLS? That's an amazing album.
Ditto, Teri Lynn is such a great player.
I went there, Fuse but have no
fond memories of the school it-
self. I do remember some of the
players, though.
The school is good for network-
ing but I won't say more.

I believe it's called Kingston Blues Robert. That first track with the insane intro fill. Anyone remember or have this cd?
You guys [& gals ;c)] are thinking of Tooch's "On the Corner," another good disc. It has 'Kingston Blues' [track 6, w VC] on it. Weckl, Acuna, & Al Foster are on this disc AW.
"Sketchbook" has the TLC track. Vinnie, Erskine, & Acuna are on it AW. Vinnie just tears up the 1st 2 tracks , Sketchbook & Scophile [w J Scofield on gtr]
Of course, ALL the players are great on any of these releases.

Right! On the Corner! That was some time ago. This thread made me go into the attic and look for it. I have it on cassette! HAHA!! Matter Of Fact I have many great fusion albums from that period on cassette. Like SCO's Blue Matter right when Chambers broke BIG. Remember that? That's an amazing record.
